This is a high-energy class where you will jab, cross, hook, kick, and weave your way to a higher level of cardio fitness! Kickboxing will constantly have you moving and burning. Expect to

Vinyasa Flow

This is a Vinyasa based class that is suitable for all fitness levels.  In this class, you gain a knowledge of alignment and build a strong foundation as you move through postures connecting your breath with movement.

This is a healing and restorative based yin class.  In this class, you will rejuvenate and restore the body and mind.  Slow down, release tension, and unwind as you spend 3-5 minutes relaxing in nourishing postures.

Rockin' Hot Pilates / Body Sculpt

This is a heated, low impact, HIIT Pilates based class that incorporates dumbell weights.  In this class, you burn calories while building strength, increasing flexibility and body awareness of the core muscles, all while also sculpting the body.
