Dani has always been fascinated with movement and the physical body. At an early age she experimented with several body conscious activities, from gymnastics and ballet to competitive swimming.
She began practicing yoga in 2000 and loved how the postures and breath worked together to cultivate an immediate structural body awareness.
It didn't take her long to notice how the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual effects of yoga were transitioning into her daily life, off the mat.
Dani trained at the Namah Shivaya International School of Yoga under Tejvinder Monga and Sheri Cherokee receiving her 200 hour certification in 2011.
She appreciated that this particular school was rooted in philosophy, theory and spirituality.
Continuing her apprenticeship with Sheri Cherokee she earned her certification as an Ayurveda Life Coach in 2018.
Dani strives to create a fun, lighthearted environment in each class, where students are encouraged to play, experiment and shine.
